About our Service - Since this is an elective procedure and is a non-diagnostic service, we will require proof that the client is seeing a healthcare provider for prenatal care. We may also ask for verification that the mother-to-be has already completed a full-anatomical, second-trimester ultrasound study.
Anytime is good for an imaging ultrasound, but you will see different things at different times. Many women choose to come in more than once to see their baby at various stages. The optimal time to see detailed images of the face, feet, and hands of your baby is between 28 - 34 weeks. As the term increases, the results are variable. An increase in the mother's physical weight, may create pudgy baby images, and the baby gets increasingly crowded at the end of term and may not produce optimal images at a later term. Clients are welcome to bring up to five (5) people to share and enjoy the experience.
